 Join Hands to Build and Develop Together: Indonesian Education Development Group and Bali National Normal University Create Sino-Indian Cooperative Education

Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) has launched an internationalization program as it continues efforts to increase the number of students from abroad. In cooperation with Indonesia Education Development Group (IED), the signing of cooperation will be held at Undiksha Rectorate on Thursday (20th October 2022).

The discussion on this cooperation was discussed by Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I., vice president of Undiksha in charge of academics and cooperation, and Mr. Xue Ruiteng, CEO of Indonesia Education Development Group, to discuss the details of the later cooperation.

The Indonesian Education Development Group and the Bali National Normal University initially agreed to accept 15 students from China to study for a doctorate in educational science each year. This cooperation has successfully promoted a big step in education between China and India. Xue Ruiteng proposed that he hoped that through both parties The cooperation between China and India will fully develop the functions of personnel training, scientific research and social service in colleges and universities, and strengthen the close connection between teaching, scientific research and personnel training between China and India and local economic development, so as to better serve the economic construction and society of the two countries. Develop services, achieve the goal of talent training, improve the quality of talent training, and ultimately achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

In addition, IED offers Undiksha students the opportunity to attend short courses to learn Mandarin. This signing marks that Indonesia Education Development Group has become the main educational experiment cooperative enterprise of Bali National Normal University. The school-enterprise cooperation model will play a vital role in the future development of China-India education cooperation. The cooperation between the two parties will bring broad development prospects in terms of industry-university-research, personnel training, and technological innovation. Both parties hope that by strengthening long-term cooperation and promoting the combination of technology research and development and practice, more outstanding talents will be cultivated for China and India.

At the same time, Xue Ruiteng from IED commented that Undiksha is a very good national university. He hopes to continue to cooperate in the future to bring benefits to Indonesia and China, and he will continue to expand opportunities for Chinese students to join Undiksha.
